This store is operated by Geumsu Corp. (AfterSwim), 11 Wonhyo-ro 90-gil, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea. This policy explains what personal information we collect when you visit or buy from this store, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
- Order and contact information: name, email address, phone number, shipping and billing address, and the items you order.
- Payment information: payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your full card number or bank details.
- Device and usage information: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and cookies, collected by Shopify to run the store, prevent fraud, and measure how the store is used.
- Customer support messages you send us.
How we use it
- To process, ship, and deliver your order, and to send order and shipping updates.
- To complete customs declarations. Your name, address, phone number, and the contents and value of the parcel are shared with Korea Post, USPS, and US Customs and Border Protection as required by law for international shipping.
- To answer your questions and handle returns.
- To detect fraud and comply with legal obligations in Korea and the United States, including cosmetic product safety reporting.
- To send marketing email only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
Shopify (store platform and hosting), PayPal (payment processing), Korea Post and USPS (delivery), and customs authorities. We do not sell your personal information.
International transfer
We are located in the Republic of Korea. Your information is transferred to and processed in Korea, and by Shopify in the countries where it operates, to fulfil your order.
Retention
Order records are kept for 5 years as required by Korean commerce and tax law. Support messages are kept for 3 years. Marketing consent is kept until you withdraw it.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to stop marketing, by emailing admin@geumsu.com. California residents may exercise the rights provided under the CCPA by the same email. We will respond within 30 days.
