Shipping Policy
All orders ship from our warehouse in Seoul, Republic of Korea, via Korea Post K-Packet (tracked). We currently ship to the United States only.
Processing and delivery time
- Orders are packed and handed to Korea Post within 5 to 7 business days (Korean business days, KST). Each bottle is labeled for the US before it ships.
- Typical transit time to a US address is 7 to 14 business days after dispatch. US customs clearance can add a few days during peak seasons.
- A tracking number is emailed when your parcel leaves Korea. Tracking is visible on Korea Post and, once in the US, on USPS.
Shipping rates
- Orders under USD 50: flat USD 12.
- Orders of USD 50 or more: free shipping.
Import duties and taxes
Prices on this store do not include US import duties, tariffs, or any customs fees. Since the United States ended the duty-free de minimis exemption for low-value parcels in August 2025, the carrier may collect import duties and a handling fee from you before or at delivery. These charges are set by US Customs and the carrier, not by us, and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to estimate or refund them.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Parcels returned to Korea because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or because duties were refused, can be refunded for the product price only after they arrive back with us. Original shipping is not refunded in that case.
Lost or damaged parcels
If tracking shows no movement for 30 days, or your parcel arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of the delivery scan with your order number and photos. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
